Four Communications has brought in former Home Builders Federation (HBF) spokesman, Pierre Williams, as director in its Property PR division.

A former newspaper reporter on regional newspapers and the London Evening Standard, Williams brings 20 years’ experience as a property communications professional to Four.

As spokesman for the HBF, he brought the issue of Britain’s housing crisis to national attention leading to the Government’s commissioning of the Barker Review on Housing Supply.

Subsequent agency and in-house roles for the Wriglesworth Consultancy and Cushman & Wakefield, as well as a six-year stint as columnist on industry leading magazine, Showhouse, has kept him at the forefront of Britain’s passion with housing and all things property.

Andrew Jack, group managing director, Four Communications, said: “We’re delighted to have Pierre on board. His profound knowledge of and passion for the property sector is a welcome addition to our already well-established team and strong offering to our enviable portfolio of household name property clients.”
