Four Culture’s regular work with the Traffic Penalty Tribunal saw the team issue a statement in April, making public a decision on the controversial Mersey Gateway Bridge, that challenges the way in which Halton Borough Council have been dealing with tolls and penalty charge notices. Handled in conjunction with Four’s Public Affairs team, the statement resulted in copious regional coverage across the North West, and a piece on the BBC Online. This is alongside our regular work with the Traffic Penalty Tribunal and PATROL (Parking and Traffic Regulation Outside London), and we look forward to the PARC awards in July, which celebrate councils for best practice for handling parking regulation, and the way they have reported it.
