UK publication of the next book that is set to cause a stir in the White House was announced last week by Four Culture. Former FBI Director James Comey, who was sacked by President Trump last year in one of the most high-profile dismissals of recent times, will publish his first work of non-fiction with Macmillan’s Flatiron imprint in the US and longstanding Four Culture client Pan Macmillan in the UK and commonwealth (excluding Canada).

A Higher Loyalty will explore what good, ethical leadership looks like, and how it drives sound decisions. Using examples from some of the highest-stakes situations in the past two decades of American government, Comey will share yet-unheard anecdotes from his long and distinguished career. These are expected to include his instigation of the bureau’s recent probe into Hillary Clinton’s private email server and the current investigation into allegations of ties between Russia and Trump’s presidential campaign.

Global media interest in the publication is already high, and Four Culture will be scheduling what we hope to be revealing and insightful UK media interviews with Comey when the strict embargo lifts.
