London, 5 November 2020: Four Communications Group, the 300+ people integrated marketing agency, has merged Two Blue Communications into its Property unit creating an unrivalled offering for the market. The 50-strong unit headed by group managing director Andrew Jack offers full service marketing and communications services spanning advertising, creative, sales & marketing, media planning & buying, digital, social media analytics & engagement, communications and planning public affairs. Four’s property division has an annual turnover of £6.5m.

Two Blue was one of the UK’s first dedicated property PR agencies and was founded by managing director and property sector expert Peter Morley who has an illustrious career spanning over three decades. The agency has an impressive client roster including leading Central European real estate developer JTRE and pioneering UK Build to Rent specialist Fizzy Living. Four’s already extensive property client list includes Berkeley Homes, CallisonRTKL, Sotheby’s International Realty, NewFlex and Signature Senior Lifestyle.

Peter will become chief executive, property and will join the Property Board.  Andrew Jack, group managing director comments:
