We are looking to expand our media team and are looking for new account managers to become our next superstars to join our fast paced, vibrant, ambitious team.

Media team within PACE

Four’s media planning and buying team sits within our PACE unit, which encompasses all our performance, activation, creative, social, engagement and digital activities. Accredited by all UK media governing bodies, the media team consists of 32 experienced specialists, skilled in developing and executing multi-platform campaigns for clients. We work across a number of industries including property, health, travel, beauty, sports, arts, financial services and the public sector. Media planning and buying and related services account for one third of Four’s business.

Four is looking to recruit a proactive, confident, results-driven media account manager to work across a cross section of industries, ranging from luxury, destination marketing, travel and property within the media planning and buying sector.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in new business pitch preparation and have access to training schemes internally. You will be a real lynch pin within the team and will have room to progress fast if you demonstrate the right skills and tenacity.

About You…

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a media buyer or planner
  • Multi-channel experience preferable
  • Good understanding of [and relationships in] B2C paid media implementation ideally with experience within one of the following sectors; retail, luxury, travel, destination marketing or property.
  • Proven track record for delivering effective media and marketing campaigns for clients
  • Good experience in account handling knowledge, project/campaign management skills, budgeting, planning and people management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to express winning ideas clearly and convincingly in meetings and presentations
  • Commercially astute and able to manage a portfolio of clients’ accounts profitably
  • Builds excellent client relationships through demonstration of knowledge and expertise in the media sector
  • Good team/cross practice/company-wide communication skills
  • Ability to write effectively and persuasively
  • Curious about data and how this informs media planning
  • Is ready for the next career step!

Overall role description

  • To manage clients’ accounts through start to finish, being the primary point of contact.
  • Problem solving and managing the day to day workflow of accounts, working with media owners, creative agencies and internal teams to take a holistic approach to media planning & buying.
  • Playing a role in the development of new business and pitch presentations with the senior management team.
  • To actively mentor your team [account executive/graduates] to support their career goals and objectives
