We’re proud to announce that Four Communications has been shortlisted in two categories for The Travolution Awards:

Best launch campaign for Costa Rica – our integrated campaign to uplift visits to the destination which generated more than 900 pieces of coverage, 23 million social media impacts and exceeded industry benchmarks for engagement with advertising.

Best content for Visit Sweden – our consumer influencer campaign that gave curious travellers the chance to discover Sweden for themselves, reaching almost 1.5 million relevant users and driving over 5,000 engagements.

Our summer influencer campaign for Visit Sweden began with the creation of a brand proposition followed by thorough research which revealed the curious traveller demographic to be Visit Sweden’s target audience. Our campaign strategy focused on using the channels our target group go for their information, review-based content from influencers. We used native content networks, influencer channels, paid and organic social media and a range of ad formats. Find out more about the campaign here.

We created a campaign for Costa Rica to stop people in their tracks using a clever creative concept combined with strong media strategy, offering maximum coverage of target audience during key booking period. Digital and outdoor media were identified as an optimum channel combination. Radio competition, content promotions, brand partnerships and trade titles were used as supplementary channels for direct response.

The Travolution Awards celebrate and highlight the most innovative and exciting works in digital travels and are a true mark of excellence within the sector. They’ve been running for more than a decade and have established themselves as a key accolade for firms that excel in the fast-moving, dynamic digital era.

In addition, our travel team has been voted as finalist by Travel Bulletin’s travel agent readers in the Star Representation Company category of the Travel Bulletin Star Awards 2018. The awards are in their 22nd year and they serve to recognise, reward and celebrate excellence by acknowledging those suppliers that have flourished over the last 12 months and have provided the best products and services in the travel industry. The winner will be announced on Monday 12 September, good luck to the team.
