Nan oversees our commercial and strategic functions and the Group’s M&A activity. As one of the UK’s most senior communications consultants, she has specialised in corporate reputation, CSR, employee communication and strategic consulting. Nan is our lead crisis and issues management consultant. She was UK chief executive of Charles Barker/BSMG Worldwide from 1997 to 2001 and a member of its global board. She was one of the Four’s founders.
Group managing director
Andrew heads up Four’s media planning & buying teams and our real estate practices spanning creative, marketing, PR and planning. He first established himself in the world of media as regional director of CIA. In 1998 Andrew established Osborne Jack Media which became the UK’s largest media planning and buying agency specialising in real estate. He was later responsible for the formation of Pure Media Group Ltd.

Einir is a founder of Four and a highly experienced communications professional with 20 years in agency and in-house. She has overall responsibility for the agency’s creative, digital and public sector practices and is one of our lead copywriters. Einir headed up Four’s Dubai office for three years working with clients in real estate, transport and entertainment. She has worked in-house at retail group Kingfisher and the BBC.

Ray has three decades of communications experience in agency and in-house. He has led award-winning campaigns in corporate reputation, brand-building and issues management across a wide range of business sectors. He is a founder of Four and in 2003 set up the agency’s first international office in Dubai. Today he runs our MENA operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Ray was previously deputy managing director at Charles Barker BSMG Worldwide.

Anne is an expert in behaviour change campaigns and is a regular commentator on the topic. She has managed high profile public sector campaigns for The Home Office, FCO, Irish and Scottish Governments for over 10 years. Campaigning work has included fire safety, cyber-crime, modern slavery, tourism, employment and literacy. In-depth audience knowledge, behavioural insights and creativity are at the heart of the integrated campaigns delivered by Four Change.

Paul has been delivering integrated campaigns for clients for 20 years. He runs our creative & digital practice which delivers brand strategy & development, advertising creative, digital marketing and content production. Paul plays a key role with clients including major government departments, luxury and fashion brands, travel companies and destinations and others. Before joining Four, Paul was an independent consultant following senior positions at Consolidated PR and Band & Brown.

Tonia is a homegrown Four success story. She joined the agency in 2006 as a graduate trainee and is now an operating board director leading our media planning & buying practice. Tonia has unrivalled relationships with the key media owners and works closely with them to deliver multi-channel solutions with an emphasis on digital innovation. She works with major travel, retail and property brands in the UK and internationally.
Group finance director
Patrick joined Four from Grant Thornton and is a fully qualified accountant. He also trained as an actuary and has highly technical skills. He has built an excellent finance team at Four and been a key member of our acquisition team which has completed 11 to date. Patrick comes from an entrepreneurial family business himself (a restaurant business) and so grew up with an insight to how entrepreneurial businesses work.
Head of HR
Marcia joined Four in 2002 as the finance manager. As the company grew, so did her role and Marcia is now the head of HR and oversees the HR function as well as personal finance issues such as salaries and tax. Marcia has the answer to most questions and is a quick thinking resolver.
Lalla has over 20 years’ experience in FMCG and travel, During her career, Lalla has asked Eva to say Hello Boys for Wonderbra and encouraged artists to interpret the Coca-Cola bottle. At Four, she has turned the London Eye green for St Patrick’s Day, held a Last Supper for South Tyrol and worked with Raymond Blanc to create Britain Through My Eyes.

Sam is a highly experienced medical communications professional with 20 years in agency and in-house. She is Managing Director of Four Health Communications with a special interest in medical education programmes and stakeholder engagement. Sam has worked in a number of therapy areas including respiratory, cardiology, HIV, nutrition and diagnostics. Prior to joining Four, Sam worked in-house at Merck Serono and Actelion J&J.

Sarah advises on targeted market access, corporate communications and policy campaigns for high profile healthcare and life sciences clients. Her client experience includes Pfizer UK, the Pfizer-Bristol-Myers Squibb Alliance, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Takeda UK & Ireland. Sarah previously spent two years in the parliamentary team at the Royal College of Nursing and five years in public affairs consultancy working with clients including McDonald’s, Asda and the National Grid.

Martin works in close partnership with major global pharmaceutical companies on the integration of international and local paid media campaigns. He focuses on the best use of digital to drive both broad and deep engagement with healthcare-professionals. Martin has 14 years prior experience in publishing working in commercial roles for both the FTSE100 specialist global STM publisher Elsevier and at Haymarket.

Debbie has more than 20 years’ experience in tourism consultancy and has advised tourist boards, airlines, hotels, cruise and ferry companies, online brands and major tour operators and travel agents. Her team delivers audience-led, integrated communications campaigns encompassing PR, representation services, brand development, social media and digital. Debbie is a trustee of the Travel Foundation and a special advisor to the Global Professional Travel Bloggers Association.

Helen has 25 years’ travel PR experience and is known to look at a campaign from all angles and stay calm in a crisis. Her diverse experience includes transport and aviation, crisis management and destination marketing. Helen has extensive experience in directing global and pan European campaigns on behalf of clients and ensuring strategic objectives are met.

Alice is a dynamic communications professional with more than 15 years’ agency experience in the UK and Middle East driving integrated campaigns for both corporate and consumer clients. Sophie is the agency’s lead on integrated strategy and campaign planning, and brings eight years of experience developing campaigns to drive brand and commercial return for clients. Sophie is known for her creative approach to understanding consumer behaviour through data and applying behavioural insights to communications development.
