Upper Longcross is the pioneering residential phase of Crest Nicholson’s landmark garden village development in Surrey. Spanning over 300 acres and comprising commercial, residential, office and retail space, the site also has its own train station with a direct link to London Waterloo.
Four were tasked with creating a brand identity and launching the first phase of the project, 108 new homes including houses and apartments, from 2 to 5 bed properties.
To generate awareness and interest in the site, a comprehensive destination marketing campaign was implemented pre-launch including producing a teaser film and local area lifestyle magazine which helped to build suspense.
Four designed a suite of 5 brochures, print and digital advertising, marketing suite elements and signage amongst other campaign elements. The launch was a great success, with a large number of reservations taken in the first few weeks.
