Successes include a Harrods Food Hall takeover, showcasing regional specialities and recipes for a month. We also devised a series of master classes hosted by top chefs at London’s Aveqia. The events were MC’d by Sunday Times food writer Gizzi Erskine. The Try Swedish classes included interactive cookery demonstrations along with groups of attendees sharing the cooking and eating of Sweden’s unique natural produce as a ‘family’. The events achieved widespread coverage across key publications.
