Four were commissioned by Greystar to brand the future of student living.

With over 4,400 rooms in seven zone 1 and 2 London locations to lease mid-cycle, Greystar asked Four to create and implement a brand and marketing strategy for its portfolio of central London properties offering student accommodation.

Working closely with Greystar, Four envisioned Chapter as a club and community, inspired by the urban culture of exciting and creative London. Our approach was visual and experiential. Our campaign was integrated and both hyper-local and truly global. The website was a major focus:
