Jim Dickson joined Four from GJW, the country's largest public affairs consultancy following six years as Leader of the Labour Group and Leader of the council at LB Lambeth.  He was a Director of Team Lambeth, the borough's highly successful joint venture company, worked as senior policy officer at the London Housing Unit and was a visiting lecturer in Housing and Politics at the University of Westminster.  Jim is a local councillor and at the 2001 General Election he was Labour's candidate in Old Bexley and Sidcup. He got his MBA from Westminster University.
