Case Study
Grosvenor Waterside

Client

St James Homes, part of Berkeley Group, were the developers of Grosvenor Waterside, six architecturally significant buildings built around two historic docks on the north bank of the Thames, with views over the river and Chelsea Bridge. The development is made of apartments and penthouses, with 24 hour concierge, underground car parks and an art gallery, and is in the heart of an established and exclusive residential area.

Objective

To drive sales of the development through a brand and marketing campaign, targeting investors and high net worth individuals in the UK and internationally.

Solution

Having undertaken extensive research of the audience, current market trends and motivating factors, Four developed a strong brand and product-led marketing campaign, emphasising the key benefits of the development, particularly those not generally available to purchasers in the area, such as concierge and underground parking. The creative language was applied across a complete suite of marketing tools from the double-height marketing suite to brochures, advertising campaigns, events, website and direct mail, supported by a detailed marketing strategy, targeting the appropriate audiences.

Result

Four Communications were the retained design and marketing consultant at Grosvenor Waterside for four years, supporting an aggressive sales schedule, delivering final sales in advance of projections, when the development was sold to Candy & Candy.
